Since 2012, Azerbaijan Poultry Company, one of the four subsidiaries of LU-MUN Holding, has operated under the “Mərcan” brand, known in the market for its chicken and poultry products. Our facility is located in the very center of Azerbaijan, in Ujar district, an area free from pollution-causing entities, and production is also conducted in the ecologically clean regions of Barda and Jalilabad.
Chicks hatched in the incubation zone are raised in rearing facilities and later processed and packaged at our poultry processing plant.

IWe offer a wide range of products for sale in order to facilitate the product usage and to suit the consumers’ taste, providing them with whole “Marjan" chickens, chicken parts, "Marjan" chicken minced meat and smoked “Marjan“ chicken sousage.
Social responsibility is one of the priority issues for our company. This is evidenced by the work carried out to prevent environmental pollution, environmental protection, efficient use of water and electricity, as well as the discharge of wastewater discharged during the production process to the sanitary unit only after treatment.
