International Yoga Day celebrates the physical and spiritual prowess that yoga has brought to the world. Yoga and meditation have proven to be particularly beneficial for the physical and emotional health of children. It sculpts young minds and bodies at an early age, giving tools that will enrich and support children to be balanced, creative, and calm individuals, and deal with life's challenges smoothly. For these reasons, we continue organizing yoga sessions for children deprived of parental care in the framework of CSR and hope to contribute to their well-being in the long term.
